Since March 2024, we’ve been creating content for Caffe Delish, focusing on showcasing their wide range of products and new launches. Each month, we’ve produced Reels and photography that highlight their offerings, boosting their social media presence and driving growth across all key metrics.

The Content Strategy:

Our strategy centered on building an engaging social media presence by highlighting irresistible, eye-catching moments around food and drink. Using trending audio and dynamic visuals, we aimed to capture attention, enhance brand visibility, and attract new audiences. To bring this to life, we implemented key actions:

  • Produced short, captivating Reels (under 20 seconds) that highlighted close-up moments, like pouring coffee, prepping sandwiches, decorating cupcakes, and breaking cookies—perfect for keeping the audience engaged.

​

  • Introducing new content pillars, including event highlights, seasonal themes (e.g., cozy rainy days at the café), and behind-the-scenes glimpses, always showcasing products in an entertaining and engaging way.

Goals Achieved:

  • In the past four years, we have organically grown the account from 400 followers to an impressive 17,700. Additionally, this year, we have gained 1,452 new followers, reflecting our continued growth and connection with our audience. 

​

  • From January to October 2024, we achieved 1.9K interactions (likes, reactions, saves, comments, shares, and replies), marking a 100% increase compared to 2023.

​

  • We have maintained an average of over 3,000 views per Reel and achieved several Reels with +10,000 views, and two viral reels: one with  more than 100.000 views and +5,000 likes, all achieved organically.
