Use My Bag is our newest client, a platform that connects Vancouver residents with travelers going to Colombia to facilitate the delivery of Colombian products and important documents.

Since November 2025, we have built their digital presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, creating the social media brand kit and producing all audiovisual content from scratch.

The Strategy:

The content strategy for Use My Bag is built to create connection, trust, and community among Colombians living in Canada. We focus on a human, relatable, and culturally relevant approach that educates users about the service while strengthening emotional ties to Colombia and encouraging conversation across platforms.​

  • Community-driven storytelling: We highlight real stories from travelers, users, and the founders to build authenticity, trust, and a strong sense of belonging.

  • Educational yet approachable content: We explain how the service works using simple, friendly language—avoiding technical terms—to help users feel confident and informed.

  • Trend-led and platform-native content: We leverage current trends, humor, and short-form video formats to increase reach, drive engagement, and keep the brand relevant across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • In just three months, we grew the Instagram account from 0 to 235 followers, with 90% of the growth driven organically through strategic content creation and consistent community-focused storytelling.

  • Over the same period, the account generated a total of 36,114 views across posts, reels, and stories. Only 19% of this reach came from paid ads, while engagement remained overwhelmingly organic, with 925 total interactions and just 1.5% attributed to ads, reflecting strong content relevance and audience interest.

  • On TikTok, growth has been more gradual, reaching 65 followers, while still achieving 835 total likes, laying a solid foundation for future organic growth and platform-specific content optimization.
